IF YOU ALWAYS DO WHAT YOU'VE ALWAYS DONE, YOU'LL ALWAYS HAVE WHAT YOU'VE ALWAYS GOT.
My name is Chris Morley, and for a long time I have advocated exercise and diet for every body. I first 'got the bug' at 14 years old when my school bought a Universal Multigym, and I was introduced to circuit training with weights. Not long after this, my grandmother bought me my first weightlifting kit for my fifteenth birthday (it was from the Alpha Barbell/Dumbell Company and the whole kit probably weighed 55lbs/25kg!) - I used my mum's kitchen as my first gym. As time passed, I collected more and more equipment; and friends and family members would ask me to train them. In 2002, I decided to commit to the industry fulltime, and qualified with Premier Training International gaining my Diploma in Personal Training. I joined the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at level three (the highest at that time), and am proudly one of it's longest serving members. Now, over 40 years after first lifting a weight and challenging myself to get fitter, I am very lucky to be able to pass my knowledge and expertise to countless clients for over 20 years: training men, women, children and people with special needs (whether they be in a wheelchair, or suffer from diabetes, asthma or high blood pressure). So, whatever your goals or needs physically, I am able to help you attain them with a combination of exercise and diet knowledge gained over 40 years, and mentoring to help keep you on the right path. |
